Tribute to My Mother

It’s hard to find the words to describe my mom. I could use the common words that people often associate with their moms: kind, loving, patient. My mom is my best friend, confidante and in every way the person I admire. The lessons she taught me and continue to teach me every day help me strive to become the person I am and the mother I hope to become one day. Her warmth, thoughtfulness and compassion make each day special. It’s hard to put into words her greatness. It’s just simply who she is and, for that, I’m grateful every day to call her my mom.
